How it works in Applifting

We learn tech skills—and so much more—from each other, both within Applifting and by collaborating with our clients in hybrid teams.

We use the agile scrum methodology and keep regular releases and 14-day sprints.

You can improve your skills with our mentoring program. We will help you progress and broaden your knowledge. Regardless of how many years of experience you have, you’ll have the freedom to take your growth into your own hands.

What we expect from you:

Experience working with LLM models like GPT or Gemini
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Typescript (Node.js)
Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
Experience with prompt engineering
Proficiency in Czech and English at least B2 level
Experience with version control systems, such as Git

And what you can score extra points with:

Knowledge of semantic search and vector databases
Ability to quickly create and make a demo AI prototype
Experience with fine-tuning models
Experience with testing AI systems
Communication with clients and AI solution design
Willingness to lead people. This department is new to us, and maybe you could lead it here someday!
